This silicon photodiode provides an active area of 7.45 mm2and is designed for spectral response between 725 nm and 1150 nm. Suitable for direct mounting to a printed circuit bioard (PCB), arrays can be formed by positioning these devices side-by-side. These photodiodes are designed to provide excellent sensitivity at low light level.
